It was nice having the restaurant adjoinng the hotel. We were interested to try out the "Farm to Table" Morgan's style. We found the service great & the atmosphere was also very nice. Sadly, I felt the food was very plain & not particularly tasty. My husband liked his entre better than I did mine. We did find a hit in the Creme Brulee dessert that we shared!! YUM!! We also returned for breakfast the next day. He was happy with his , but mine was close to tastless. A new chef might be helpful!!

A stranger was able to walk into the building, and happened to push same Elevator floor 2. He asked about the three cups of coffee that I was carrying were mine. This man walked behind me, turned when I did. I stopped walking, letting him go by my room 211. He walked to the end patting his pockets. I continued to watch as he then walked through the stair Exit. My roommates encouraged me to call the front desk, which I did.

I would've rated our stay a 10, but the restaurant was extremely understaffed. 1 waitress, 1 busboy and 1 bartender to deal with about 20 tables plus bar patrons. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone talked to us, (To say she'll be back as soon as possible to seat us), and after another 15 minutes we left.

This was our second stay at the Wyndham in less than a month. The price and location was perfect was us, but the bonus was Margie! She was our front desk person and she was fabulous! So nice and friendly! She made our stay wonderful!

Debi

It was a very short stay but I appreciated that the hotel pool hours were later than most- open until 11. Since we didn’t check in until 9, it was so nice to still have time to take a dip in the hot tub on such a cold, blustery day.
